West Hempstead High School holds two-day graduation ceremony

Keeping up social-distancing protocols, West Hempstead High School held a two-day graduation ceremony at the school’s football field from Aug. 1-2. Four separate graduations were held to limit the amount of graduates at each ceremony.

West Hempstead Schools Superintendent Daniel Rehman said that while this year was a “long, strange trip,” he commended the class of 2020 for showing “Ram Resolve” during the pandemic. Rehman added that “Ram Resolve” will be the theme of the 2020-21 school year.
